Welcome to GrowSooner ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a social media management and scheduling service (the "Service") to help our clients manage their online presence.
Our Service is operated using the Postiz software platform, which we self-host on our own secure server infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains how GrowSooner collects, uses, and protects your information, particularly the data we access from Meta Platforms and Tiktok (including Facebook and Instagram) when you connect your accounts to our Service.
Your privacy and data security are of the utmost importance to us. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Who We Are
GrowSooner is the operator of this Service and the controller of the data processed through it. While we use the Postiz software as our technical foundation, GrowSooner is the entity responsible for your data.
3. Information We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect the following types of information:
User-Provided Information: When you create an account for our Service, we collect information such as your name, email address, and a password. This information is used for authentication, billing (if applicable), and managing your account.
Information from Tiktok and Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): When you choose to connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Profile or Tiktok Account to our Service, you authorize GrowSooner to collect information via the official Meta API or Tiktok API. This data is stored on our self-hosted server. We only request the permissions essential for the Service to function.
We may request the following permissions and access the following data from Meta API:
pages_show_list: To display the list of Facebook Pages you manage, allowing you to select which ones to connect to our Service.pages_read_engagement: To retrieve and display analytics and insights about your posts' performance (such as likes, comments, and shares) within your GrowSooner dashboard.pages_manage_posts: This is essential. We require this permission to publish, edit, or delete posts to your Facebook Page on your behalf, according to the schedule you set within our Service.instagram_basic: To access basic profile information of your connected Instagram Business Profile for display and identification within our Service.instagram_content_publish: This is essential. We require this permission to publish photos, videos, and stories to your Instagram Business Profile on your behalf, as scheduled by you.User Content: We access and temporarily store the text, images, and videos ("Content") that you upload to our Service for the explicit purpose of publishing them to your connected social media accounts at your direction.
We do not collect sensitive personal data from your personal Facebook or Instagram profiles, your friend lists, or any other information not directly required to provide the scheduling and analytics features of the Service.
4. How We Use Your Information
GrowSooner uses the information we access strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. These purposes include:
To Operate the Service: The primary use of your data is to enable the core functionality of our Service—scheduling and publishing your Content to your connected Meta accounts.
To Display Analytics: To present you with performance data and insights for your social media content.
To Authenticate Your Accounts: To securely connect and maintain the link with your Meta accounts using encrypted access tokens.
For Customer Support and Communication: To assist you with technical issues and to send you important updates or information regarding your account and our Service.
GrowSooner will never sell, rent, lease, or share your Meta Platform Data or Tiktok Platform Data with any third parties, except as required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
Our Service is operated on a self-hosted instance of the Postiz platform. This means all data we collect, including your account information and the encrypted Meta API access tokens and Tiktok Access Tokens, is stored on secure servers managed and controlled by GrowSooner.
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes the use of encryption for sensitive data like API access tokens.
6. Data Retention and Deletion (User Data Deletion)
We believe you must have full control over your data.
Data Retention: We retain your information only for as long as your GrowSooner account is active or as necessary to provide you with our Service.
How to Request Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. You can do this through the following methods:
Disconnecting an Account: Within your GrowSooner dashboard, you can disconnect any specific Facebook Page or Instagram Profile. This action immediately deletes the associated access token from our server, and we will no longer be able to access data from that account.
Deleting Your GrowSooner Account: You can request the deletion of your entire GrowSooner account by navigating to your account settings or by contacting our support team. This action will permanently delete all your user information and all associated Meta data, including access tokens, retrieved content, and analytics data, from our systems.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
